Ikigai Flow Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ikigai Flow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this application.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of Ikigai Flow following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of Ikigai Flow, you must create an account. You agree to:

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create in Ikigai Flow, including tasks, notes, and personal data. By using the app, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.

You are solely responsible for all content you create. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

Ikigai Flow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our prior written consent.

6. Data Sync and Storage

Ikigai Flow provides cloud synchronization to enable cross-device access to your data. Your data is securely stored and synced with cloud storage. You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials to access your synced data.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Ikigai Flow immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or the community
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies
• Extended periods of inactivity

8. Disclaimers

Ikigai Flow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• That the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• That any defects will be corrected
• That the service is free of viruses or harmful components

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of Ikigai Flow.
