1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Ted Builds' website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Ted Builds provides web development, app development, UI/UX design, and related digital services. The specific scope of any project will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• The website content, design, and code remain the property of Ted Builds until full payment is received
• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the deliverables as specified in the project agreement
• Ted Builds retains the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios and marketing materials

4. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Provide timely feedback and materials as needed for project completion

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual project proposals or agreements. Generally, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion or according to the agreed milestone schedule.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ted Builds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

7. Warranties

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding balances become immediately due, and the client receives work completed up to that point.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
